Special Grade Cast Steel chamber with hinged door for easy opening.
Two Piece Disc Cutter constructions for low replacement cost.
Fixed Disc support Drum is fully water cooled with high volume water passage for faster heat removal.
Water-cooled Bearing Housing with 3 stage Bearing.
Pulverized material conveying through powerful Air cyclone and silo collector.
High volume Air lock scraper is connected at lower end ofthe silo discharge for smooth feeding of pulverized material into screening
deck.
Double Deck gyratory screening device with variable pattern particle screening ensure perfect gradations of end products and auto return
of higher size particle back into mill continuously.
Electrical Control Panel consists of STAR-DELTA starter and all operational sequence are interlocked for optimum safety.
